A $150 deposit per person is required to confirm a lodge room or cabin. Camper's transportation charges must be paid in full at time of booking. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD or CHEQUES.A pre-trip information package will be forwarded to lodge and cabin guests.Full payment for lodge and cabin packages must be receives in our office 60 days prior to the arrival date. We prefer full payments to be made by cheque.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(For both lodge vacations and camper transportation service)
Of course we regret any cancellations. The remote location of the lodge the short season and limited space available means that we must have a strict cancellation policy. The opportunity for refunds and / or credits is limited. Therefore we recommend that you purchase Cancellation Insurance. Information is available from our office.
Payment in part of full is considered as agreement to the following terms and conditions.The $150 deposit at time of booking lodge and cabin packages in non-refundable. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival.Camper transportation must be paid in full at time of booking and is non refundable. In some cases we may offer transportation credits valid until the end of the following season.Upon written cancellation notice received 60 days or more before your arrival date any funds in excess of the non refundable deposit will be returned. Cancellations received less than 60 days before arrival will not be considered.Cathedral Lakes Lodge Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel your trip for any reason. Cancellations for reason beyond our control i.e. Park or road closure will result in a credit for any unused portion of your stay. The credit is valid until the end of the following year from the date of your reservation. Cancellations for reasons within our control may receive a refund.Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation will not be eligible for any refund. In some cases we may extend a credit for unused portions of the stay.
