RATES
The charge for this special service is $140.00 per person return and includes coffee, bag lunch or lodge lunch and trail maps. Special pickup from Keremeos can be provided for limited numbers at no extra charge.
SCHEDULE
The shuttle leaves from our base camp 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, only) at 8:00AM arriving at the lodge at 9:00AM and then returns at 5:30 PM arriving back at base camp at 6:30PM. This schedule allows day hikers to trek the Cathedral Rim Trail and visit Smokey The Bear, The Devils Woodpile, Stone City and the Giant Cleft in one day.
LUNCH INCLUDED
On arrival at the lodge day-trippers may have a coffee then go over the trail map with one of the knowledgeable lodge staff. At this time you decide whether to pack a bag lunch from the well stocked lunch table and set off on one of the many full day hikes or spend the day walking to alpine meadows, visiting the many lakes to fish for cutthroat trout, paint or photograph the scenery, or just relax in the alpine, joining us for a hot lunch in the lodge at noon.
RESERVE IN ADVANCE.
As we only operate this special shuttle on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays and we limit the number of day-trippers to 15 (special arrangements can be made for large groups over 15) we ask that you book well in advance with our reservation office. All reservations are final and we are sorry but we do not give refunds. If for any reason you have to change you days please notify the office or lodge at least 48 hours in advance.
